Please note that custom jerseys and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise at First Horizon Stadium, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
